Break It to Fix It: Redesigning Youth Interventions and Implementation In School

Panel on methodological approaches used during the Discover phase of the Discover, Design/Build, Test (DDBT) framework that draws from human-centered design and implementation science. These methods engage relevant actors in focus groups, usability evaluation, and task-based user testing that facilitate the identification of multilevel factors that drive usability, engagement, and contextual fit problems to guide redesign for real-world school impact.
Tracking Costs and Fidelity of Applying Human-Centered Design to Evidence-Based Practice Implementation

This poster details surveys that measure the activities completed (fidelity) and resources involved (costs) in completing phases of the Discover, Design/Build, and Test (DDBT) framework, including data from active UW ALACRITY Center projects. Data from these surveys can help inform feasibility and scalability of human-centered design in implementation research and practice.
